Why does Julie E Evans encourage her to write?

Julie E Evans used to travel to various places in America on Long Travel with her family since she was a child.

But she was careless, using bed pillows while sleeping at night, especially when camping and in hotels. She also did not use any travel pillow during the trip. Moreover, she tended not to eat nutritious food on time. She had a misconception about her own body that her body could withstand all stress. After a long tour in 2014, she slept on a relatively high pillow while sleeping in a hotel. When she woke up in the morning, she felt a sharp pain in her neck. She felt as if someone had beaten her with all their strength, breaking her neck bones and severing all the nerves, starting from her fingers hand and all over her arms, neck, back and waist. Then she met with the orthopedic doctor, did the necessary check-up, and discussed in detail medicines, pillows, mattresses, hot water bag use, sleeping style, and diet. Her physical condition had become so bad that she could not do any physical work and became practically unemployed. After about four months of treatment, she recovered.  From 2014 to 2019, she suffered from severe neck, back & shoulder pain eight times, sometimes due to carelessness in using a bed pillow, sometimes due to forgetting to take a travel pillow during a long trip, and sometimes due to not eating nutritious food due to laziness or lack of interest.

Each time, the pain lasted from one to four months. During her illness, she and 57 other pain patients formed a team to permanently get rid of their neck, back & shoulder pain. They discussed and researched in detail what size pillow is suitable for whom, how to sleep to keep the neck healthy, what kind of mattress should be, what kind of cervical pillow to use, what kind of travel pillow to use during the journey, what foods to eat, sleep problems, etc. She has been entirely free from neck & other pain for about 6 years due to the use of proper pillows and other precautions.

In 11 years, she purchased and used 143 pillows for herself and her family from online marketplaces, analyzing their quality. Having used different types of pillows for a long time, she can arrange them very well, which pillow will enhance the beauty of her bed. Decorating a mind-blowing bed with pillows is her pleasure. Moreover, for her educational and experience purposes, while purchasing a pillow before and after using it, her team members would discuss in detail with her the pillow’s quality, how to use it, and which pillow would best enhance the beauty of a bed. Her dreamy hobby is brainstorming new ideas for bed pillows that match bedsheets, bed colour, room wall colour, other furniture, and other types of pillows.

Julie E Evans’s blog on Rest Safety covers all the tips and tricks for keeping your neck healthy through proper pillow use, how to decorate your bed attractively with pillows, and how to analyze the quality of different pillows through her education and experience.
